I have been married for five years and have been trying to conceive for the last three years. My husband and I are both over 35 years old and suffer from auto-immune diseases. Because my spouse has diabetes and I have Thyroid and PCOS, things were challenging for us. We consulted several doctors and I was prescribed medication. Some doctors even recommended that we try IVF.
When my husband lost his job last year, things got even worse, and we weren't sure if we should try for a kid. Since last year, we've both been attending the online prayer meetings and have witnessed many healings. Before that, my husband had never been to a prayer meeting.
I stopped taking the medications since they weren't working. We started praying together daily, and the fruit of our prayers was that I conceived naturally and am presently 5 months pregnant.
The doctors cautioned that a late pregnancy could cause complications, so I was apprehensive. Praise the Lord, all of my test reports are normal, and the baby is developing normally. I can't wait to see our little one who is expected in October 2022
